Author Guidelines

Title

Written in uppercase, maximum 18 words, Times New Roman, 12pt, bold, and centered.

Abstract

Provides an overview of the paper contents, written in Times New Roman 10pt, one-column format, single line spacing, and a maximum length of 250 words. Unstandardized foreign terms must be in italics. Citations are strictly prohibited in the abstract.

Introduction

Contains background, objectives, problem identification, and research methods presented implicitly. Except for Introduction and Conclusion, chapter titles should explicitly adjust to their contents. Generally covers 10–20% of the total paper.

Method

Formulates the study problem in detail (preferably mathematically) and explains the proposed method or algorithm along with the state of the art. Generally covers 20–30% of the total paper.

Result and Discussion

Describes research results, tests carried out, and discussions. This should be the largest chapter, accounting for 50–65% of the total paper.

Conclusion

Core of the paper, written in paragraph form (not bulleted/numbered lists). It must not repeat sentences from the abstract.

Citation and Bibliography

Uses IEEE citation style (Arabic numbers in square brackets ordered by occurrence). A minimum of 10 references is required, with 80% coming from primary sources (journals, conferences, books) published within the last 6–7 years. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference managers like Mendeley or Zotero.
